You are responsible for:

Account access is personal and must not be shared.

3. Licence and permitted use

When you purchase or access content, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal-use licence only.

You must not:

  • Share your login details

  • Share, upload, distribute, or resell PDFs or videos

  • Provide access to others (including schools, classrooms, groups, or tutoring centres)

  • Copy content for commercial or teaching purposes

  • Upload content to social media, websites, or file-sharing platforms

Any unauthorised use may result in termination of access without refund.

4. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe via the Podia platform.  They may also be processed securely through Paypal via the Podia platform.

Prices are displayed at the time of purchase and may change without notice.
Access to content is provided once payment is successfully completed.

5. Refund policy (IMPORTANT)

❌ No refunds for change of mind

Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, accidental purchases, or if you decide the product is not suitable after access has been provided.

Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

You may be entitled to a refund, replacement, or remedy if a product:

  • Is faulty

  • Is not as described

  • Is not accessible due to a technical issue we cannot resolve
